Taster sessions of simple, natural and effective wellness solutions include mini massage with botanical oils, mini facial, mini reflexology and mini sound bath. These tailored 30 mins sessions with parental consent will help to embed habits of wellness which will lead to reduced stress, tension and anxiety. I am Registered with GTCS and PVG checked to ensure safe guarding and protection of the young persons with whom I work with. Ayr Glasgow Kilmarnock
